Workshop Overview:

As the year winds down, take a moment to pause, reflect, and create. This workshop blends mindfulness, intuitive collage, and the principles of soul collage, guiding you through a meaningful exploration of your thoughts and emotions.

In this workshop, you’ll explore the power of multimedia, intuitive, and soul collage techniques to deepen your reflection and visioning process. Using a wide array of materials—papers, textures, images, and symbols—you’ll intuitively create collages that reflect your inner world. This holistic, hands-on approach invites you to connect with your subconscious, uncover hidden emotions, and tap into your creative flow. Whether you’re reflecting on the past year or envisioning what lies ahead, the collage process offers a meaningful way to give form to your thoughts, dreams, and intentions for the future.

What to Expect:

  • Reflective Practices: Engage in guided activities that cultivate mindfulness and self-discovery.

  • Intuitive Collage: Create a personal collage using various multimedia materials, capturing your reflections and dreams for the future.

  • Creative Expression: Tap into your creative potential to gain new insights and perspectives.

  • Future Visioning: Visualize what you want to manifest in the coming year and bring your goals to life in a powerful, tangible way
