About Art Therapy: Art therapy is for self-exploration, as no-one else can interpret your artwork; only you know what you think and feel and express through the art. Art Therapy is for creative and personal expression, well suited to anyone who wants to slow down and connect with their inner self, with others and with their surroundings. No creative ability is required for Art Therapy, and you do not require any prior art making knowledge or experience.
About ‘Inspirational Collage’: In this workshop participants will be able to explore creative and intuitive collage making for reflection and inspiration.
Through the guidance of Jaana Sahling participants will be able to create a unique and meaningful collage that represents how they envision their life and future in an empowering and positive way.
There will be a smorgasbord of traditional and unconventional materials on offer to explore and participants are invited to play and go with the flow.
This course is not for learning new techniques so if you are looking for art instructional courses, please see our current courses for a more appropriate class.

Jaana Sahling is a specialist in the creative process and holds an MA in Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy (MIECAT) and a BA in Fine Arts (Nottingham Trent).
