Two-day Workshop
Join us for a half-day creative retreat, where we slow down, tune in, and explore the power of collage as a tool for self-reflection.
Guided by Jaana Sahling, this workshop blends creative arts therapy with mindful art-making, offering a space for self-discovery and personal insight. Through a gentle and intuitive process, you will gather, arrange, and reassemble images to create a Soul Collage—a deeply personal artwork that reflects your inner world.
In this workshop, we will explore the question, What do I need right now?—a simple yet profound reflection on our personal needs in the present moment. This is a space for creative self-care, where intuition and imagery guide us toward clarity and renewal. By visually assembling your thoughts and emotions, you will give form to your needs, creating a meaningful and personal expression of self-awareness.
Collage is a powerful tool for self-expression and reflection, helping us tap into emotions, thoughts, and needs that may not yet be fully formed in words. No prior artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, create, and connect with yourself in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Jaana Sahling is a specialist in the creative process and holds an MA in Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy (MIECAT) and a BA in Fine Arts (Nottingham Trent).
