COVID SAFE REQUIREMENTS AT MELBOURNE ART CLASS

Updated 15.2.22

By Government mandate we are required to follow the Covid safety measurements set in place by the Victorian Government in order to operate at Melbourne Art Class. We appreciate your understanding and assistance to help us follow these rules.

1. Double vaccination is required for those aged 16+, unless an exemption applies

The current mandates require all attendees and team members aged 16+ to be double vaccinated, unless medically exempt. We will only need to sight your proof of vaccination once and then we will mark our system so you won’t be asked over and over. Please have your certificate ready for your first visit. We suggest linking your vaccination certificate to the Victoria Services or Express Plus Medicare app to make this simple to do. Here is a step by step how you can do that.

2. Masks may be required indoors for adults and children grade 3 and up, unless and exemption applies

Mask rules change frequently so we suggest always carrying a mask with you, unless a medical exemption applies. If masks are required by the government then this rule will be followed at Melbourne Art Class.

3. Please scan the QR codes

Remember to scan the QR code upon arrival, these are placed at the entry for each studio.

4. Safety and Hygiene

We will continue to keep class sizes small, as always, and have hand sanitiser available for you to use. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home and get tested.

Covid-19 reassurance: We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding Melbourne lockdowns. When you enrol with Melbourne Art Class, you can be certain that in the event of a lockdown your investment into your art practice will not be lost.

If your course is impacted by a lockdown our first priority will be to reschedule missed classes where possible to ensure you get to complete your course. If that is not possible, we will provide you with a credit or refund.
