Level: Beginner / Intermediate/Experienced
Ages: This course is designed for adults
8 Week Course:
Drawing serves as the cornerstone of artistic expression. In this course, we embark on a comprehensive exploration of drawing, with a strong emphasis on mastering its fundamental principles.
Led by Catalina Leichner, each class offers an immersive drawing experience. Participants engage in observational drawing exercises that span diverse contexts, from studio settings to still-life scenes. Catalina acts as a consistent guide throughout the program, supporting participants as they explore a range of drawing techniques and experiment with various materials.
To ensure personalised tuition, class sizes are intentionally kept small. This intimate setting fosters one-on-one guidance, allowing Catalina to provide individualised teaching and support to each participant as they progress on their drawing journey.
Catalina Leichner is an Argentinian artist from Buenos Aires who specialises in watercolour and oil painting. She holds a Bachelor in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage – UMSA (University of the Argentinian Social Museum). Catalina has worked as a restorer and conservator for National Museum of Fine Arts in Buenos Aries for the past 7 years and has also run regular watercolour workshops.
