Students will be introduced to basic gouache and watercolour painting techniques including colour mixing, laying washes, colour glazing and lifting out, to set the foundation for watercolour painting. Olivia will also discuss the basic materials and equipment of watercolour such as a selection of basic colours in pans or tubes, brushes, watercolour papers, palettes and accessories.
