Melbourne Art Class offers private artist coaching and mentoring for those with a busy schedule, or who want to work outside of our scheduled classes in a one-on-one environment. For remote or international students, these sessions can be undertaken using Zoom. We welcome students of all ages and abilities.

Melbourne Art Class offers private artist coaching and mentoring for those with a busy schedule, or who want to work outside of our scheduled classes in a one-on-one environment. For remote or international students, these sessions can be undertaken using Zoom. We welcome students of all ages and abilities.

How the coaching and mentoring sessions will run:

  • Coaching and mentoring packages will be tailored to students’ needs. Please fill out the form below and attach up to three images of your artwork.
  • You can also book the private coaching packages offered below.
  • Coaching may also include ‘homework’ and regular email communication and support from your mentor.
  • Sessions are also being undertaken remotely using Zoom and are offered in English

Your private coaches and mentors

Melbourne Art Class’s tutors have an enormous amount of experience both as practicing artists and as teachers. They will not only provide practical support but also understand the difficulties you may face as an aspiring artist.

Marco Corsini

Marco Corsini, founder, and Director of Melbourne Art Class will be your coach and mentor, bringing several decades of experiences as a painter, sculptor and filmmaker. You can find out more about Marco here.

Children's Japanese Ink Workshop

Award-winning sumi-e (Japanese Ink) artist, Junko Azukawa has been hosting continuously sold out workshops at Melbourne Art Class for over 4 years and we are thrilled for be able to offer these workshops for kids and teens from January 2022. Sumi-e is the ancient art of Japanese brush painting. Traditionally, paintings feature subjects from nature, such as flowers and birds.
