Manga Workshops with Catalina Leichner

Manga, originating from Japan, is a widely beloved form of comics and graphic novels. It has gained immense popularity among audiences worldwide, particularly among children and teens. Many young artists are actively experimenting with this captivating style of art.
In this engaging Manga Workshops with Catalina Leichner, she will not only provide a brief history of Manga but also actively guide participants through the fundamental elements of this unique art form. Through her expertise, she will lead students to develop their own Manga self-portrait character, ensuring a positive, fun, and supportive learning environment.
To maintain a high-quality learning experience, each workshop will offer limited spaces, allowing Catalina to provide valuable one-on-one instruction for every student.
Catalina Leichner is an Argentinian artist from Buenos Aires who specialises in watercolour and oil painting. She holds a Bachelor in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage – UMSA (University of the Argentinian Social Museum). Catalina has worked as a restorer and conservator for National Museum of Fine Arts in Buenos Aries for the past 7 years and has also run regular watercolour workshops.
