Young Teens Foundational 2 Day Drawing Workshop

Ages: This workshop is for older children and young teens in school grades 5 to 10

• Location: MAC Union Studio  | Level 1, 85 Union Street, Armadale

This Young Teens Foundational 2 Day Drawing Workshop is a great opportunity for young teens to be introduced to effective observational drawing techniques with a focus on the perception of a three-dimensional world.

Observational drawing is a core skill in art education and practice. It sharpens the artist’s ability to see, with participants learning to notice subtle relationships between forms, shifts in light, and the way space operates in three dimensions.

This workshop will help participants develop accuracy, confidence, and a deeper understanding of form and structure.

This workshop will be taught by experienced Artist and Teacher Michelle Zuccolo.

About Michelle

Michelle has a MA (Visual Arts) from the University of Ballarat, a BA (Fine Art) from Victoria College of Art and Design and a DipEd from Melbourne College of Advanced Education. Michelle has over twenty-five years teaching experience at various levels of education including secondary schooling, tertiary levels and in community art programs.
