We invite you to join us over the Australia Day weekend to celebrate our beautiful land with artist Marco in the local landscape to draw from, and in nature.
Marco specialises in landscape drawing and painting. This short workshop series provides a unique opportunity to receive tutelage and draw alongside Marco in a small group. We can’t think of a better way to spend the long weekend!
Over the three mornings, you will learn:
- How to approach drawing from nature
- Seeing line, form and composition
- See and understand the Australian landscape in new ways
- Confidence in self-expression on the page
- And many pearls of wisdom from Marco
Marco will draw on his extensive landscape painting experience to provide a technically-based foundation in drawing and painting whilst allowing for students to enjoy the environment and express their individual creativity.
This course is well suited to people with some drawing experience who would like to learn with an experienced landscape artist and we also welcome beginners as it will help you develop fundamental drawing techniques.
Date: 26-Jan, 27-Jan, 28-Jan (Australia Day long weekend)
