Description

Painting and Drawing – Saturday Morning Early Teens Studio Art with Anna Parry

Level: All skill levels
Ages: Suitable for teens in school grades 5 to 10
Specialisations: Acrylic Painting, Drawing, Watercolour, Illustration, Oil painting

This class is for students who are interested in creating outside of regular school hours and would like to further develop their artistic skills. We aim to nurture our students’ natural artistic ability and interests, whilst also teaching the fundamentals of art practice. You can see students’ work here.

We highly encourage students to work on their own personal projects and explore their interests with guidance from their teacher in this class. For students who work better from a more structured approach to art training, teachers will create specific exercises which often open up new, creative pathways for our students, as well as different approaches to art and thinking.

During the term, Marco will present various drawing and painting exercises whilst maintaining student’s creative freedom. Our small class size allows for one-on-one tuition and you will work closely with Marco to develop your skills – in whichever medium you are interested.
