Join our 'Reptiles and Birds' illustration and watercolour workshop, designed for students in Grades 3 to 8. Taught by Melbourne-based artist Olivia York, this creative journey explores the world of watercolour and illustration techniques, inspired by Australiana. Students of all skill levels will have the chance to create their own reptile and bird characters, striking a perfect balance between technical development and creative expression. Limited spots ensure personalised guidance from Olivia, making it an enriching experience for young artists to bring their imagination to life through art.

Award-winning sumi-e (Japanese Ink) artist, Junko Azukawa has been hosting sold out workshops at Melbourne Art Class for over 4 years and we are thrilled for be able to offer these workshops for children from January 2022.
Sumi-e is the ancient art of Japanese brush painting. Traditionally, paintings feature subjects from nature, such as flowers and birds.
