Drawing is fundamental to any artistic practice. This course is journey through drawing with a focus on the fundamentals of drawing.
Each week David will lead the class through a drawing experience. Participants will work observationally from life in various context and settings; from studio based work to street drawing. Designed as a rolling program, participants will journey with David as their guide, trying a range of drawing techniques and materials.
Classes places are limited to ensure one-on-one tuition.
This course will be taught by experienced Artist and Teacher David Hamilton. David has a wealth of experience to share with Melbourne Art Class students. David has a long teaching history at RMIT and Monash University and has had an impressive career as an artist for over 30 years. David’s courses at Melbourne Art Class are always well received, students enjoy David’s calm nature and willingness to share his knowledge.
